Lamp made from floor drain cover and reclaimed hardwood

 While Buying materials for my studio at the local hardware store, the cast iron floor drain cover came to my attention. I was attracted to the vertical slots of the drain. I feel that there is something that can be done with them and the wood. Well here it is. I design and build a lamp out of them. The legs are from 10mm round brass, and i used led light. Finished in oil. Hope you like it.
