Vase for Dried or Artificial PlantsPiece of Eastern Red Cedar from one of my trees – dead for four years. 9 1/2 X 3 3/4 inchs. Sanded to 400 then Triple EEE, finished with a couple coats of buffed wax. Cedar is hard enough to work and this piece had different sizes of knots, hardnesses, and wild grain which made it a little more difficult than usual. Had to work it slower than usual, but it came out pretty good. Setting at my mother's house now. I burned in two lines to offset the verticle grain a little.

Tiller Firetruck

Tiller FiretruckThis is my 36” long tiller, ladder firetruck It is based after Anchorage's tiller firetruck. The ladder is a double extension reaching 36”. It also has a full interior in both the tractor and tiller. The ladder swivels on the same axis as the trailer so the platform on the tractor works in conjunction with the ladder.

Microwave cart from pallet wood

Microwave cart from pallet woodMy son needed a microwave cart.I broke down some pallets, got some iron wheels, and 1/4 inch pipe. I used my shopsmith 510 to make the cart. It matches the coffee table and dining room table I made for him.
