Arts and crafts end tables

These arts and crafts tables are made with 3styles of mortise and tenons. Each table is built with 4 through tenons, 4 tusk tenons and 12 traditional mortise and tenons. 20 mortise and tenons each will really improve your skills. (However I cheated and used my dedicated mortiser). No nails or screws were used, instead I used ebony for the plugs to hold the through tenons in place. I used my recipe for the stain to match some antique arts and crafts furniture I already have.

Totara wedding band

Recently finished totara wedding band. Totara is a native New Zealand wood that has good rot resistance. Finished with linseed oil and beeswax polish. The internal core is totara veneer.

Cell Phone Stands

These are some cell phone stands I've been having fun with. I've used cherry, mahogany, white oak, and tigerwood for the figures. Each stands about 5” tall. The bases are walnut.
