Piece of Eastern Red Cedar from one of my trees – dead for four years. 9 1/2 X 3 3/4 inchs. Sanded to 400 then Triple EEE, finished with a couple coats of buffed wax. Cedar is hard enough to work and this piece had different sizes of knots, hardnesses, and wild grain which made it a little more difficult than usual. Had to work it slower than usual, but it came out pretty good. Setting at my mother's house now. I burned in two lines to offset the verticle grain a little.
