Trash can cabinet

Furnished content.
(from Lumberjocks.com)

Trash can cabinet Made from ambrosia maple. Door sits flush, just not pushed in all the way for picture. Minwax oil base stain and 2 coats of oil base poly to finish. Furnished content.
(from Lumberjocks.com)

Amrosia Maple OrnamentsSeveral weeks ago I found some Ambrosia Maple in a cleared section of woods near my house. A neighbor kindly helped me cut a bunch of it up and haul it out of the gully.Hopefully I'll make some bigger things out of it, but meanwhile here are a couple of ornaments made from smaller branches and some scrap walnut I had lying around.About 5 inches by 2”. Completely hollowed inside. One is finsihed with wipe-on poly, the other some 2X Painters touch acrylic. I prefer the poly – the painters touch raised the grain something awful!
