epoxy and laquer finish.
Furnished content. (from WoodNet.net)
gonna try and KISS. workin on an eagle intarsia project to and to the point of gluein parts onto 1/4" backer painted flat black. bob Smith 30 minute epoxy being used. worked great on an intarsia horse I did. however, this one some of the 1/4" backer that I painted flat back is going to be exposed. dust seems to grab flat so I shot some clear lacquer on it to make dusting a bit easier. now im questioning if the epoxy will adhere to the lacquer like it did just the flat black paint. anyone know if I need to scuff up the surface will I be allright leaving it as is?
