Clock Box Pistol Storage

My latest attempt at a clock box with hidden storage.
This one is Leopardwood with Maple. I always feel that little details make a difference.
The overall size is 13×5.5×7” tall. Interior storage is 10.5×3.5×5.5” I lined the bottom with 1/2” Kaizen foam.
I used my go-to finish that is lacquer with 10 coats sanded between each coat. I always seem to get good results with lacquer. I always use small rubber bumpers (the ones used for cabinet doors and drawers) on the bottom to protect the surfaces my clocks and boxes are set on.
