This was my first and probably my last attempt at something like this. The GrandSon-In-Law ask if I could do a Turkey tail mount, said I don't know, never tried one before. Well, the tail feathers, wing feathers, beard and feet w/spurs showed up at the house, said let me know when your done. After a lot youtube searching and internet searching, the project is done. Now I know why taxidermist charge so much.Bobby

Monkeypod and Mango Stashbox
I brought back a little wood from Kauai a couple of years ago, and finally got around to making this little box.
The legs and lift are mango, and the little tray slides and can be lifted out. Approx. 6×4x4 inches, finished with satin poly.

Cherry Pot

This is a cherry pot I made for the doctor who put the new joint in my finger a few weeks ago. It is 6 1/2” diameter and 3 1/2” high. I finished it with Danish oil and then buffed and waxed it.He can keep it beside the operating table and drop the old joints in there that he removes!!Cheers, Jim
