I have had my original sled for over 12 yrs. I saw this idea by Nick Ferry on YouTube and Loved it.A good friend was in town from Vegas so we built 2 of them. The hardware and supplies add up quickly as far as costs, but what a great tool for the shop. Used Kreg hardware throughout, did the five cut method and got the fence at .0002 at 24 inches.Miters are dead on 90 degees making picture frames effortless. Baltic birch, sprayed with lacquer and waxed bottom. I'll keep older sled for dadoes.
