Pantry barn door, walnut and black walnut chevronsI sandwiched a 1/2” MDF core between a back of maple plywood and a front of maple and walnut chevrons that I re-sawed from 3/4” into 3 thin laminates from each board. The whole thing hangs from some stainless steel rollers that are super quiet. These photos don't show but there is a small double roller at the base to keep it from swinging. Wife still has not picked out handle for the door yet.
