The 3 cheese slicers of mesquite I picked up from a friends firewood stack during a trip to TX this year, Purple Heart scraps and ????, are Christmas gifts for 3 coworkers. The maple one is the setup piece.Finished with Howard Butcher Block conditioner ( food grade mineral Oil and Wax).The hardware is from CheeseSlicer. com.
