I am trying to cut oblong slices from a 2" limb. using mitre (miter) saw. I need to bend them to apply to a round piece I am working on. Got any hints about thickness, techniques. I was thinking of boiling them and then bending over a pipe or something. but I want to do 50 so a pipe doesnt seem right.
