A couple of smoothers in my signature style. The walnut one is 8in long, 50 degree bed angle, the other is a 6in long mini smoother with a honey locust body and 52.5 degree bed. Both use Hock blades, 1-3/4 in the 8in and 1-1/2 in the 6in. As before, all metal is stainless and, with the exception of the screws, milled out by me from bar and round stock. Both work extremely well.Some more pics of the finished planes and construction process.
