My wife and I were tired of having a dark, cluttered office. We were using a repurposed dining table as a shared office desk. See “before” picture below:
I had some old mahogany on my lumber rack that I decided to put to use. We created a design to open up the room and bring in more light. After several design iterations, we decided to build two matching floating wall corner desks. We designed the left desk first then created a mirror image for the right side:
