Thought I'd try SOMETHING different

So, as the title says, I thought I would try something different. You know, BRIGHT IDEA.
After the other segmented platter worked so well my AMBITIONS were FLYING HIGH. I did have the good sense not to use good wood for this though.
The plan was to reverse the angle of the wedges (segments).
The timbers are Jarrah, She-oak and Meranti, it's about 9 inches diameter.
If you look closely you will notice whits stuff in all the flaws, that's White Diamond polish wax, which proved another point. Don't use it unless you have a really smooth surface.I have this sitting on top of my desk to remind me that I shouldn't try it again. Thanks for looking and C & C welcome.Bob
