Finally got some shop time in before Christmas!I made these two 1/2 size tissue box covers to give as gifts. It's just a bottomless box that slips over a half size tissue box. No hidden space in these boxes!Made with Maple and walnut with walnut splines.Outside dimensions 5 3/4” H X 5 3/16” W X 5 3/16” D (they are square). Inside dimensions are 4 9/16” and the hole on top is 2 1/2” Dia.
Stock re-sawed and planed to 5/16”. Joints are Mitered and splined. The finished is lacquer.Thanks for looking in!
