Prescription bottle caddy
Furnished content.
(from Lumberjocks.com)
I got tired of having a line of prescription bottle take a tumble while reaching for the tall ones in the back on my desk. So I made a corral for the spot. Cherry and ribbon Sapele, with home-made inlay-banding (bloodwood, holly, cherry). Padded on shellac.
The dividers are made with the most excellent home-made kerfmaker, (mine made after Mafe's contribution to the forum) https://www.lumberjocks.com/mafe/blog/18170. All friction fit without glue.
Unfinished QS White Oak, Cherry and one lonely bit of Walnut that was the right thickness. To be truthful, I might have used Danish on them but when I tested the fit it snapped in so tight I decided to just leave well enough alone, which is rarely how I operate
