A few months ago a new edition came into the extended family. Cutest kid, he's already a heartbreaker. I've been keeping little off cuts to make him some toys. His mum has started putting together a sensory toy bag for his upcoming six-month milestone and I made this little whale as an addition. Finished in linseed oil. I didn't use the usual beeswax because I know honey and young babies don't mix. The eye is inlayed volcanic beach sand.
