Leigh D4R Pro cabinetI've documented this project in my blog.I've had the Leigh D4R Pro jig for a while, and it is cumbersome to store and set up. I decided to make two cabinets to replace a larger workbench and make them match the height of my Sawstop. The other is a router table, and I designed this to make it very easy to store/use the Leigh jig. I've looked and not found anything like this. The jig is mounted on the usual plywood plate, and simply rotates down into a cabinet for storage or back up and out for use. There is a cover plate that rotates out of the way when moving the jig, but then drops into place with the jig in either position.Of course, drawers are needed to hold all the bits and pieces that are used any time you use the jig.I'm tickled with how well this has worked, and it really has increased the likelihood of using the jig, which I did immediately to make all of the drawers for both this cabinet and the router table cabinet. The big open space in the back will be general purpose storage to start, and I plan on adding a plywood lifter to the back.
