Hello everybody.There I posted few sticks I made on leisure time, a few that I have made in the past are already on the road somewhere, ( given to perfect strangers walking alone ) anyway the walking stick is made out of a maple branch found in my back yard after heavy rain and winds, there is one made of walnut with a lot of curly design and a tiger maple for the head, last one made out of red oak leftover found in my shop recently, and dressed as a folk art dragon,
I had fun , keeping busy, and looking forward for the next project,,,,already on my carving bench. All of those are made with a rotary tool hand painted in oil with a glossy varnish for the outdoors.Have a nice day , play safe in your shop and don't forget to make saw dust.
