Circular blade storage cabinet

Furnished content.
(from Lumberjocks.com)

Circular blade storage cabinetI admit that I have a problem. I was so busy for a while I bought new blades instead of sharpening. I love blades that tend to be at the high end quality and, unfortunately, price. I had them all stacked in a drawer which is no way to treat a carbide tipped blade. I needed storage for about 40 blades as well as dados and box joint cutters. I used all of that drawer scrap 1/4 inch melamine for the drawers, maple fronts and 3/4 oak case. I drilled holes in the drawer bottom and dowelled the center, and put a finger hole to make it easier to pick up the blade. The fronts are 7/16 wide so I had to get creative for the pulls. I used letter block beads for drawer handles and double duty for me to create a blade list with sharpening dates.

Single Strick Brass CLock in Wood Case

Furnished content.
(from Lumberjocks.com)

Single Strick Brass CLock in Wood CaseI purchased the brass single strike clock from Klockit. The plans were very pricey and I thought I would make my own to save a few dollars. This was a gift to couple that purchased a new home. I used oak, oil stain and finished with a clear satin polyurethane. Since it was a 14 day key wound clock a door was necessary.
It's just over 15” high and just wide enough to display the skeleton works through 2” glass side panels.

Ash Farmhouse Table

Furnished content.
(from Lumberjocks.com)

Ash Farmhouse TableOur latest farmhouse dining table was delivered this evening to some very happy clients. This 96×36 ash table looks awesome atop a white A-Frame painted base. Two matching benches compliment this build and slide easily underneath. The table base also disassembles easily in a few minutes to move if needed. We used conversion varnish on all surfaces and we were very pleased with the results. Shellac-based paint made the base easy to top coat as well.Check us out on social media at @docsdesignsfurniture for all the updates!
