Just Dibling Around
Furnished content. (from Lumberjocks.com)
My sister gave me an article from Country Gardens Fall 2017 about Andy Chapman – stumpdust.com who makes and sells dibles. A dible or dibber as Andy calls them are an English gardening tool used to mark rows and create holes for seeds. This is my take on a dible made from osage orange and finished with BLO. Turning osage orange creates a very colorful pile of turnings. I wore a dust mask just in case this would be an irritant. It was a simle project completed in one evening. Delivered this one to the sister who gave me the idea. She loved it. Hope you will enjoy the posting.
